Emily Gizersky
Emily is a senior at Wake Forest University. She is a Health and Exercise Science major with minors in Chemistry, Psychology and Biology. After graduating from Wake Forest in May, she will be applying to dental school with aspirations of becoming an Orthodontist. She is a Richter Scholar who recently presented her research on “Breaking the Silence: Addressing Oral Hygiene Awareness Gaps in India”, at URECA Day 2025. During her years at Wake Forest, she founded the Pre-Health fraternity, Phi Epsilon Kappa, a community catered towards Health and Exercise Science majors and those pursuing careers in health-related fields.
