Will N’dah

Williams (Will) N’dah is a 2nd year Master’s student at Wake Forest University. He received his B.S. degree in Exercise Science from The University of Charleston, WV in May of 2020. While at UC, he worked with multiple faculty members, following them for an 8 week strength & conditioning program, and assisted the Athletic Trainer of the men’s soccer and women’s lacrosse team in rehabilitation settings. At Wake Forest, he is interested in how the interaction between physical activity, sedentary time, and sleep may have an impact on different health outcomes.  Will is also a graduate teaching assistant for Wake Forest’s Health and Exercise Science Anatomy classes.
